Position Description:
You will be the conduit to transfer momentum from marketing campaigns through to the sales team via content, training and contact management. You will ensure the ramp to revenue for new sales hires is quick and will manage and execute the transformation of content requirements, vision and direction from marketing leadership into compelling actionable content that drives sales revenue. You will work closely with other departments to proactively support our Sales team by organizing an effective onboarding program, sales assets, product education, industry training and competitive differentiation.

Your background should include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to efficiently use Word, PowerPoint, Excel and G-Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or other related field

Ideal candidates would also have:

  • Prior experience coordinating new hire or sales training
  • Experience creating clear and effective PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience writing clear and professional email and social media content

  • Supporting handoff of marketing activities to the sales team.

Position Description:

If you prefer a consultative approach to producing valuable data visualization reports to improve the lives and decisions of clients, we want to speak to you!  We have an immediate need for a client-facing BI Consultant that will design, develop, and validate end-to-end BI Products for our customers.  We are seeking a Mid or Sr level resource that takes pride in bringing value to external partners.  In addition, you will be working with our cutting-edge technologies, including Google’s Looker for visualizations that will report our AWS data using Snowflake!

As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be part of the Service Delivery team that is responsible for activating and supporting clients on the hc1 platform.  You will work with hc1’s healthcare clients to solicit business and technical requirements and to design, develop, validate, and support custom business intelligence solutions that support our clients’ business and clinical operations.  hc1’s BI Consultants serve as trusted advisors to business, clinical and technical client stakeholders, helping them develop strategies for harnessing the power of analytics to support data-driven decision making within their organizations.  The BI Consultant is a member of the Service Delivery team and reports to the VP, Business Intelligence.

What you will be doing:  

  • Design, develop, validate and support custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights that enable end users to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business and clinical operations. 
  • Develop efficient, cost-effective  data models to support custom analytics.
  • Train hc1’s client end-users to develop reports using hc1’s reporting platform and consult with users on report design, development, and administration.
  • Drive data democratization throughout the hc1 organization. Advise hc1 colleagues on best practices for data-driven decision making. Develop internal analytics to improve hc1 operations.
  • Design Customer Solutions. Work with existing and potential customers to deeply understand their business and technical needs. Develop solutions that make the best use of hc1 products.  Collaborate with hc1 field sales, training, and support teams to ensure customer success..
  • Engineer ETL processes to move and transform data from disparate sources to facilitate development of BI reports
  • Develop stored procedures to process and maintain data for BI reporting

Skills we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical, quantitative or technology-related field such as computer science, mathematics, physics, philosophy, public health or IT, or >1 year of direct experience developing business intelligence solutions
  • 3+ years of experience reporting upon data stored in relational databases using standard reporting methodologies (e.g., SQL queries, data modeling, and drag-and-drop data visualization tools)
  • An understanding of basic statistical concepts
  • Experience working with healthcare data (LIS, EMR, Pharmacy, Billing) is a plus
  • An interest in healthcare informatics 
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to client users and IT staff
  • Must be comfortable working in a client-facing role serving end users

Applications for a “Senior” role will have 5+ years of the experience above, and also possess:

  • A strong understanding of how analytics support quality programs, process improvement and business decision making. 
  • Ability to transform data into business intelligence and insights.
  • Ability to create dashboards and reports in an actionable way to drive business change
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment; taking initiative in ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

Position Description:

We are looking for a customer-centric Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our Services & Analytics team. The SDM is a high-energy change agent, who is passionate and results-oriented with a consultative and analytical mentality.  Our SDM’s are responsible for ensuring client success within our service offerings including project management, business process analysis, and operational account management.  These valuable contributors serve as leaders dedicated to exceptional results and effective management to deliver quality service with cross-functional teams.  The Service Delivery Manager reports to the SVP, Services & Analytics.

 

What you will be doing:  

  • Be a strategic business partner with clients, able to understand how a project fits within a clients overall strategic goals
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain control on project scope, schedule and cost
  • Direct hc1 resources to ensure that all projects are delivered to specification and on-time
  • Own internal and external communications, identifying when escalation is necessary with both hc1 and client organizations
  • Perform risk management and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Direct management of customer activation and other projects collaborating with other hc1 teams
  • Recommends changes or policies to increase department effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Must be prepared for some travel (20%)

 

Skills we expect you to have:

  • Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
  • BS degree or higher with focus on Business Administration or Technology - or equivalent work experience
  • PMP certification is preferred, but not required
  • Relative technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and analytical; with a proven track record in managing implementation projects
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and technology span
  • Capable of rapid technology intake
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in verbal and written conversations, and in the production of project documents
