Your Purpose: 
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product management process; working directly with clients to understand their needs,  translating that  vision into requirements, and relaying that vision to our engineering team to successful product launch. You will be accountable for organizing, prioritizing, and communicating the product roadmap and will be required to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders both internally and externally.

As an AWS Partner Network organization, our cloud-based software organizes live data (including lab results, genomics, and medications) to deliver solutions that ensure the right patient gets the right test and the right prescription.


Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Using client feedback, ideate custom software solutions to optimize our existing product for client business needs
  • Own the roadmap for designated solutions following a standard portfolio prioritization and planning process
  • Manage the full life cycle of products within the designated solution offering
  • Develop product strategy and business cases to support roadmap creation and decision making
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to understand current product position as well as identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding product capabilities, as well as progress against product goals with clear metrics
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to continuously improve understanding on market needs and demands and to validate product direction
  • Translate product strategy and market needs into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization


Your Skills & Experiences:

  • Healthcare product management experience is required
  • 3 years experience in a Product Management or Technology Strategy role
  • Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology for software development
  • Ability to create user stories and complete product acceptance testing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and interact with all levels of technical and non-technical peers
  • Self-motivated and results oriented individual able to work independently and also collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstrated leadership in product management

Your Purpose: 

As a member of the hc1 Technical Service team, you will provide tier 1 and 2 support and analysis to our customers for our products and services, both internal and external.  You will report to the Manager of Technical Support and have the ability to influence our organization by working with hc1 teams to facilitate the highest level of support for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support hc1 clients and assist internal hc1 teams with requests
  • Facilitate discussions with activation teams to gain insight into client hc1 workflows, interfaces and implemented BI solutions
  • Log identified and reported issues and bugs in an issue tracking suite and escalate as needed
  • Facilitate hc1 troubleshooting sessions with internal and external clients as well as initial analysis for BI solutions, integrations, operations, platform and system issues
  • Ensure hc1 support solutions adhere to all applicable hc1 design standards including re-usable components
  • Respond to any outstanding issues after project go-live
  • Monitor and maintain hc1 HIPAA and IT security compliance tools
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support on rotation with other team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Your Skills & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technology-related field or at least 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in or familiarity with customer-focused situations
  • Experience working with web/cloud-based applications
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to produce clear concise documentation that can be easily understood by internal and external clients
  • Knowledge of standard support processes and methodologies (e.g., SQL queries, implementation, enhancement requests, development, and product release, change control, customer support)
  • Time management skills to meet business demands
