hc1.com’s Client Success team is an awesome formulation of Client Success Managers, Advocates, Analysts, and Training team members. On the Client Success team you don’t just have coworkers — you have a work family to collaborate with and to conquer client objectives together. Our Client Success team rocks at driving complex projects to completion in the face of many competing priorities while seamlessly designing complex solutions within the hc1 platform.

Marketing

At hc1, our innovative, loud, constantly ‘on’ Marketing team is a fun mix of outgoing individuals who are passionate about designing, building, and growing hc1.com. Marketing works directly with Sales to create high-quality content and online programs that support lead generation.

People Operations

People Ops is a fantastic mix of our Team & Talent, Finance/Accounting and Contracts Compliance teams. In order to make an impact on this team you must have a passion for promoting culture, recruitment, wellness, events and have an outstanding way of handling employee relations.

Sales

hc1.com’s Sales team is made up of hungry business athletes with a drive to exceed their sales quotas within Strategic Accounts and Sales Development. The Sales team is responsible for building lasting customer relationships, demonstrating the value of our product, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

Solutions Consulting & Product Marketing

hc1.com’s Solution Consulting team works with strategic clients to translate industry needs into product successes. The Sol Con team partners with nearly every aspect of the hc1 organization and works diligently to disrupt the status quo by personalizing the healthcare experience and maximizing the use of our Healthcare Relationship Management Platform.

Technology

Technology is a collaborative mixture of hc1’s Software Engineering, Data Architecture, Quality Assurance, Operations, Technical Support and Technical Solutions teams.

hc1.com’s Software Engineering team is responsible for building and enhancing our world-class healthcare CRM. Our dynamic team develops features and functionality, which help healthcare professional engage with their providers and patients to enrich healthcare as a whole.

hc1.com’s Data Architecture team works on designing data products and automated, innovative data infrastructure to bring our Healthcare CRM and hc1 Insight to the next level.

hc1.com’s Quality Assurance team is responsible for reporting on the quality of hc1.com products via testing. The QA team works with the rest of the Technology team to check delivered functionality and solve problems to ensure our clients enjoy the utilization of the hc1 platform.

hc1.com’s Technical Operations team supports the foundational framework of hc1.com. From the servers, to the databases, to the Docker containers and components, the Ops team makes sure the system is running at peak performance for both our clients and peers.

hc1.com’s Technical Services team provides hc1 product support and analysis to our customers as well as internal IT support and operations monitoring. Our Technical Services team is expected to keep current on all customer-facing aspects of our products and services to provide that go-to product knowledge assistance.

hc1.com’s Technical Solutions team delivers solutions that allow our clients to easily access, aggregate and analyze their data to unlock its potential to transform their businesses and positively impact the people they serve. Our Solution Architects leverage hc1 Connect to develop custom interfaces with our clients’ systems that enable us to access their data, transform it, and then store it in the hc1 Cloud.
