As Vice President of High-Value Care, Carson is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and the daily execution of sales results and pipeline generation. His passionate focus on value-driven service and consistently outstanding achievements have made him an asset at hc1, where he has been succeeding in various sales roles since 2011. Prior to hc1, Carson served as an Enterprise Sales Executive for Paychex and sold integrated Payroll, HR, and Time and Attendance SaaS solutions. Before that, he was a Sales Manager for Cintas in their Fire and Safety division. Carson graduated from Miami University with a Major in Finance and Minor in Management Information Systems. Carson currently lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two daughters.
Tony began his career as a Medical Technologist, working in hospital and commercial labs before venturing into laboratory sales and commercial leadership. Tony has supported or led sales teams for major lab suppliers such as Beckman Coulter, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Diagnostica Stago, where Tony gained deep experience in Health Systems and building key national relationships. Today as an hc1 High-Value Care Director, Tony continues to build key national healthcare and bioinformatics relationships centered around transforming lab data into personalized healthcare insights and improving lives with high-value care.
Ria comes to us with an education in Biology, advanced studies in Public Health, and a Master’s in Clinical Research Administration from George Washington University. Her success comes from a variety of experience in managing clinical trials for CROs, managing sales and operations with clinical, toxicology, and pharmacogenetic laboratories. As a Director of High-Value Care, she encompasses a holistic approach using her robust background along with current industry trends to help deliver high-value care platforms to clients.
Josh Yelen has over 20 years in executive-level finance, operations, management, and sales roles. His experience spans from physician practice management, hospital administration, lab administration, and biotechnology. He holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a Master’s in Accounting and is a Charted Public and Financial Accountant. In the community, Josh is very active with various charitable organizations and fundraising activities. He is the sitting Treasurer for the EFAM Student Foundation. He was previously awarded the “20 under 40” award by the Miami Herald Newspaper in as one of South Florida’s emerging civic and business leaders under 40 years of age.
