Position Description: 

As the VP, Chanel Partnerships, you will design, build and scale multiple distribution channels and aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and market presence. You will be accountable for the development of new business including the formulation and implementation of new business strategies and the development of revenue generating programs.  

 

The ideal candidate will take a hands-on role working alongside hc1’s leadership, sales & marketing and product functions to help build the channel sales infrastructure from the ground up. You will plan and direct all aspects of hc1.com’s business development policies, objectives, and initiatives and are responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities. This role reports to the SVP, High-Value Care. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Own assigned customer and channel relationships as a General Manager
  • Lead and coordinate activity across all hc1.com functions within assigned clients and channels 
  • Build executive relationships with channel partners.  
  • Provide overall partner relationship management and act as the central point of contact for channel resellers
  • Proactively coordinate with hc1 sales and marketing leadership to develop and execute business plans with mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with each partner opportunity
  • Develop strategic sales plans (1, 3, and 5-year plans) based on enterprise goals that will promote sales growth, client satisfaction, achieve revenue commitments, conduct QBRs, and measure partner performance against pre-established business metrics 
  • Develop comprehensive client plans and sales strategy to identify and call on prospects and key decision makers within targeted accounts
  • Support active revenue generation through presentation of hc1.com’s services, responses to RFPs and closing new business opportunities
  • Manage multi-channel partner program including identifying new business opportunities, recruiting channel partners, negotiating partner agreements and supporting partner sales
  • Establish processes to maintain alignment with and provide partner feedback to product and technology, marketing and direct sales teams
  • Team with Professional Services to execute a partner plan which delivers the target mix of subscription & professional services revenue 
  • Facilitate, develop and manage sales enablement, sales support and training to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives. 
  • Evangelize the partnership at the executive level including joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflict 

 

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • 10+ years’ experience in working and building channel partners such as value-added resellers, consultancies, external sales teams, aligned SaaS solutions and other distribution channels
  • Healthcare lab experience is a must, knowledge of healthcare compliance required
  • Proven track record in building a multi-channel pipeline and successfully moving opportunities through an enterprise sales cycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills

As part of our Technical Operations team, you will work closely with senior leadership, software engineering and architecture to continue to build and maintain world-class infrastructure.

You will be building infrastructure and high-availability systems in addition to working closely with software engineering to bring our application to that infrastructure through continuous integration. There are also opportunities to enhance our local technological footprint utilizing new evolving technologies along with existing standard help-desk procedures.

What you will be doing:  

  • Support high-availability and scalable infrastructure, including on-call rotation
  • Investigate and prepare recommendations to the Operations Team on new technologies.
  • Provide front line assistance to hc1.com vendors when they are on-site.
  • Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
  • Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace
  • Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
  • Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running
  • Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements

 

Your background should include:

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 - 5  years of Linux/Unix Administration
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self start projects
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience administering and monitoring cloud-based infrastructures
  • Experience with modern configuration standardization and deployment tools
  • Experience serving in a dynamic team environment with  gradual on-call responsibilities
  • Familiarity with at least one modern scripting language (Python, Java, etc)
  • Proficiency supporting local technology stacks and user platforms (ie Windows 10, Mac OS, telephony systems)

Position Description:

The Software Engineer designs, develops, implements and maintains the products that support the hc1.com platform.  By participating in design and code reviews, documentation of design, and implementation of SDLC methodologies to ensure high quality software, this position helps to evolve the world’s leading cloud-based precision health solutions. As part of Engineering Team, reporting to the SVP of Engineering, this role is critical to the maturation of all hc1.com products from UX/UI to server-side integrations. The role is also critical to the maturation of all hc1.com products by incorporating Continuous Improvement methods and software quality best practices into the team’s work products.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Contribute to the development of hc1.com’s products
  • Design, build, and test new features and functionality based on requirements provided
  • Participate in design and code reviews, documentation of design, and implementation of SDLC methodologies to ensure high quality software
  • Provide documentation and training to solution architects, implementation engineers and clients on new functionality
  • Troubleshoot and fix software application problems
  • Participate in hc1.com’s software process quality efforts

 

Your background should include:

  • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.  A master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
  • 2-3 years experience with software design and development
  • 1+ years professional experience doing enterprise Java development
  • Experience in designing and developing modern User Interfaces for desktop and mobile
  • Experience in developing and debugging multithreaded and transactional server applications
  • Experience in software design patterns
  • A thorough understanding of the concepts and components required for software interfaces and integration
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Professional skills in working with various relational database systems
  • Ability to work both independently and in small team environments
