You may be able to receive up to $3,000 after your referral completes 180 consecutive days of employment.

Incentive Plan Purpose: 

This generous incentive plan has been designed to support and encourage referrals by individuals not currently employed by hc1.com in an effort to attract the highest quality candidates to our great team!   Each eligible position will be clearly designated as providing a friends & family referral award.

 

What’s the catch?

The referral must be submitted via the designated guidelines, and the hired referred candidate must be employed - and in good standing - with hc1.com continuously during the 180 days.

 

Participant Eligibility:

  • Any non-team member may refer candidates
  • Duration of the program is ongoing, but may be terminated at any time by company leadership.
  • In the case of multiple referrals of the same candidate, the earliest qualified referral received will be granted the bonus.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals!

 

Candidate Eligibility:

  • Candidates must be referred to the open position designated as eligible for a ”friends & family referral” award.
  •  Candidates must interview for, and accept an offer of full-time regular employment. These positions do not include summer hires, internships, part-time or temporary.

How to Submit a Referral:

  1. The referrals should be submitted via our Applicant Tracking System [insert link] (make sure to attach the referrals resume via pdf or word doc).
  2. Our Team and Talent group will check our database and let you know if your candidate meets the eligibility guidelines within 72 business hours.
  3. You must obtain consent from the referred individual prior to submitting the resume, and you may be asked to show proof of consent.
  4. Once your submittal is approved, we will reach out to the candidate with next steps. We will note your name as the referring individual.

 

How You Receive the Award payment:

  1. All referral bonus payments will be reported to the IRS and each individual will be required to complete paperwork and will receive a 1099 form for Federal Income Tax purposes.
  2. The referred individual must be an employed team member in good standing with the company at the time of payment.
  3. If your referral is hired, you will be paid in two installments on the following pay cycle of the referred individual’s 90 days, and 180 days of employment.

Example:  $3,000 referral bonus = $1,500 for 90 days and final payment of $1,500 on 180 days.

Your background should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical, quantitative or technology-related field such as computer science, mathematics, physics, philosophy, public health or IT, or >1 year of direct experience developing business intelligence solutions
