The Data Analyst  supports the Service Delivery  team from initiation to project delivery and closure.  The DA is an important resource in helping to streamline and create best practices to ensure a timely and predictable delivery of our solutions.  In this role you will report to the Service Delivery Manager and play a key role in helping bring value to hc1.com clients. You will be exposed to a variety of technologies and need to have the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

 

What you will be doing:  

  • Support hc1.com clients in accordance with hc1.com best practices.
  • Work in concert with Service Delivery Managers through the activation process.
  • Direct support of SDM regarding data manipulation, specification review, HL7 mapping and workflow documentation, as well as system build, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Engage other team members, including integration engineers, customer support and BI consultants  to resolve time-sensitive issues.
  • Responsible for completing hc1 configurations and data mapping during the activation process.
  • Responsible for data clean up, export and import during the activation process, including monitoring and troubleshooting the quality of client data.

Your background should include:

  • A four year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience working with web/cloud based applications;
  • HL7 experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with SQL and database desired
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Position Description:

The Program Manager will be tasked with developing and administering cross-functional programs to support the rollout and enhancement of the hc1 PGx Advisor™ product, activating hc1 PGx Advisor™ customers, and ensuring program adoption and success with each customer.  The Program Manager will work closely with the Product Owner, hc1 Technology Team, hc1 Service Delivery Team and the hc1 Sales Organization, and will report to the SVP of Services and Analytics.

This role will require a combination of administrative and analytical capabilities.  In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. Familiarity with delivery of SaaS is strongly preferred for this role.  Experience with population health management, pharmacy operations and patient outreach is preferred.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Organizing programs and activities to support the hc1 PGx Advisor™ Product Lifecycle
  • Activating hc1 PGx Advisor™ service for new customers
  • Support for service adoption and patient participation - including but not limited to monitoring and analysis of adoption trends, reporting on adoption as well as impact to both participants and customer organization
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization

  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding new products and capabilities, as well as progress against product goals with clear metrics
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to continuously improve understanding on market needs and demands and to validate product direction
  • Translate product strategy and market needs into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Your background should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
  • 3 years experience in a Product Management or Technology Strategy role
  • Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology for software development
  • Ability to create user stories and complete product acceptance testing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and interact with all levels of technical and non-technical peers
  • Self-motivated and results oriented individual able to work independently and also collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstrated leadership in product management
  • Healthcare product management experience is required

Position Description:

The Software Engineer designs, develops, implements and maintains the products that support the hc1.com platform.  By participating in design and code reviews, documentation of design, and implementation of SDLC methodologies to ensure high quality software, this position helps to evolve the world’s leading cloud-based precision health solutions. As part of Engineering Team, reporting to the SVP of Engineering, this role is critical to the maturation of all hc1.com products from UX/UI to server-side integrations. The role is also critical to the maturation of all hc1.com products by incorporating Continuous Improvement methods and software quality best practices into the team’s work products.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Contribute to the development of hc1.com’s products
  • Design, build, and test new features and functionality based on requirements provided
  • Participate in design and code reviews, documentation of design, and implementation of SDLC methodologies to ensure high quality software
  • Provide documentation and training to solution architects, implementation engineers and clients on new functionality
  • Troubleshoot and fix software application problems
  • Participate in hc1.com’s software process quality efforts

 

Your background should include:

  • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.  A master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
  • 2-3 years experience with software design and development
  • 1+ years professional experience doing enterprise Java development
  • Experience in designing and developing modern User Interfaces for desktop and mobile
  • Experience in developing and debugging multithreaded and transactional server applications
  • Experience in software design patterns
  • A thorough understanding of the concepts and components required for software interfaces and integration
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Professional skills in working with various relational database systems
  • Ability to work both independently and in small team environments
