Correspondence between your lab, physician, and courier service is available in real-time, and can even be sent to managers, ensuring that everyone is in the loop.

Thanks to hc1 Mobile, users across departments, including couriers, can access the Activity Module directly from their phone. They can even navigate to the Opportunity Wizard to verify addresses and pickup locations. Managers and other users are notified when the courier completes his task through account alerts on their phone or desktop. This real-time access to allows you to deliver outstanding service and build amazing relationships – anytime, anywhere!
