In my last post, I introduced a few questions asked during the June webinar "5 Secrets to 100% Client Retention" with NeoGenomics CEO Doug VanOort. I followed with some poll results that revealed client retention rate, measuring client satisfaction, and lab CRM were all areas our viewers felt their labs could improve upon.

Today, I'll dive into another question asked during the webinar and reveal some interesting results. Question #3 asked: How does your lab currently manage client relationships in order to deliver superior service?

An overwhelming 75% of our webinar participants responded with either that they want to improve upon their systems or they don't have any systems in place at all.
