This past Thursday, CEO Brad Bostic took the stage for TechPoint's Tech Thursday, where industry thought leaders come together for this public networking event held the third Thursday of every month.

According to the registration, this was the largest crowd on record with close to 150 people in attendance. Brad shared with the audience a general background on hc1.com as well as the current shift the healthcare industry is experiencing. This shift from "Quantity" to "Quality" care will put more pressure on healthcare providers to deliver a more focused patient experience.

This provides a great opportunity for hc1.com to help health systems, laboratories, and radiology practices adjust to this shift in care, as well as fill the void in Healthcare Relationship Management between these healthcare entities.

Brad also shared what's next for hc1.com and where the hc1 Healthcare Relationship Management Cloud will be making the biggest impact. Radiology, Home Health, Pharmacy, Physician Offices, and the Hospital - hc1.com aims to work with these healthcare entities to deliver an overall patient experience that includes a 360-degree of every patient interaction so health systems can provide tailored patient care and a better overall experience.
