Last Thursday, September 12th, G2 Intelligence, hc1.com CEO Brad Bostic and McDonalds Hopkins Member Rick Cooper hosted a Webinar titled, "Preparing for Sale: How to Increase the Value of Your Laboratory."

The purpose of this webinar was to educate healthcare leaders on how they can increase the value of their laboratory. We learned how laboratories can add value by a combination of a preparation and operational efficiency. Much like any business on Wall Street, laboratories need to operate at a profit. If a lab operates at the height of efficiency, they have a much better chance at making a profit and are much more appealing to prospects.
