Brad Bostic founded hc1.com to address the critical need for healthcare systems and diagnostic laboratories to deliver an outstanding client experience. Brad has been leading technology enabled services companies with an emphasis on healthcare innovation for the past twenty years.
Under Brad’s leadership, hc1.com has amassed more than 600 client locations spanning five countries and received numerous awards including the Red Herring Global 100, Mira Health Technology Innovation and Excellence, and Companies to Watch Spotlight Award. Brad’s deep experience with business, healthcare, software, and cloud technology has been instrumental in establishing hc1.com as the inventor and leader in healthcare relationship management.
Chief Operating Officer
In addition to leading the daily operations of hc1.com, Chris oversees the technology, client success, finance and legal teams. Chris is a veteran of the software and telecommunications industries and has leveraged that experience to successfully lead SaaS software companies. Prior to hc1.com Chris was President and CFO of ChaCha. At ChaCha Chris launched the mobile products and guided the company’s growth to the #1 answers service worldwide, answering over 2 Billion questions in just a few years after its launch in 2008.
Prior to ChaCha Chris spent 20 years in the wireless sector where he held a variety of leadership roles in sales operations, finance, customer care, and strategic planning for Verizon Wireless and Nextel Communications. At Nextel Chris led the customer lifecycle improvements that led to Nextel achieving the #1 rank from JD Powers in wireless customer satisfaction. Chris helped Nextel grow from $80M to over $15B in annual revenue during his tenure there. In 2005-2006 he led the planning and implementation of the Sprint – Nextel merger, one of the largest U.S. mergers in history. Chris started his career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells and is a CPA. He has a B.A. from Moravian College and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Business Leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
Senior VP of Sales and Marketing
As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at hc1.com, Mike is responsible for developing the hc1.com global sales and marketing team and expanding the company into the global market. Mike is an experienced and results oriented cloud and analytics sales and marketing leader in the technology industry with 23 years of high performance.
Prior to hc1.com, Mike was the Executive Vice President of Sales at WebEquity Solutions, responsible for driving continued high growth of the banking industry’s leading Software-as-a-Service analysis platform. Mike also spent 14 years at IBM, where he led a strategic, high growth of Business Analytics in one of IBM’s largest, most important geographies, the Western region of the U.S. Mike graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in Business Administration and also has a M.B.A from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Senior VP of Technology
As Senior Vice President of Technology and CISO, Laura is responsible for driving innovation and execution across all areas of technology delivery – Security, Architecture, Product and Platform Development, Quality Assurance, Technical Operations, and IT Services.
Prior to hc1.com, Laura has more than 15 years of experience in diverse technology solutions. At Aprimo, she led global IT operations through a successful acquisition by Teradata Corporation. At Teradata, Laura led Hosting Operations for Aprimo’s enterprise hosted solution for Marketing Operations and Campaign Management.
Laura has enjoyed designing and scaling technology solutions from early in her career with EDS and Indiana University to leading teams to deliver customer focused solutions through a variety of Cloud delivery models. Laura graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Mathematics.
As Chief Marketing Officer for hc1, Ali oversees all online and offline marketing initiatives, including hc1’s brand and demand generation strategies. Her broad experience in B2B start-up marketing includes previously serving as co-founder & President of Compendium, a content marketing platform that was acquired by Oracle in 2013. Ali jumpstarted her career as an Orr Fellow in 2003, when she was placed at ExactTarget. In 2009 she was named an Indiana Business Journal “40 under 40.” She earned her bachelor’s degree in English writing from DePauw University. When she’s not working on hc1 marketing programs, she enjoys reading, the outdoors, and playing with her two young sons.
SVP of Product & Solutions Consulting
In her role as VP of Solutions Consulting, Helen is responsible for aligning the hc1 solution with client needs. Using the solution design process, Helen and her team identify and solve business challenges by using technology to drive automated workflows and process efficiency. With over 15 years of experience in management consulting and software sales, Helen has developed solutions for clients across several industries, including notable organizations such as Nationwide, Harrah’s, Cigna, Kimberly-Clark, Caterpillar, Footlocker and Cleveland Clinic. Prior to hc1, she held leadership roles at Ernst and Young, Salesforce, and ExactTarget. An economics major and graduate of Haverford College, she lives in Dallas, TX with her three children and husband.
VP of Team & Talent Development
As the VP of Team & Talent Development at hc1.com, Lori is responsible for revolutionizing how human resources supports the hc1 team through leadership, attracting and developing top talent and building a culture of innovation and engagement.
Prior to hc1.com, Lori was the Director of Finance for Bostech Corporation, responsible for a variety of accounting and finance activities where she prepared financial statements, reports and projections in compliance with success metrics.
Lori earned a B.A. in Organizational Communications with a minor in Economics from Indiana University. Additionally, she has a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan. Lori is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of Society for Human Resource Management.
VP of Quality, Security and Compliance Management
As a provider of Healthcare Customer Relationship Management systems for HIPAA-regulated businesses, hc1.com has a responsibility to assure that our solutions provide outstanding support for our customer’s business, as well as a secure environment for their data. Steve is responsible driving the Quality and Security efforts across hc1.com, leading the effort to make sure we “do the right thing” as well as “do the thing right”.
During his lengthy career Steve has gained deep experience in Quality, Testing, Compliance and Security programs. Much of his experience was gained in companies working in heavily regulated industries, where he cut his teeth on development methodologies, HIPAA regulatory compliance, CMMI level 2 and 3 certification programs, ITIL v3, and Six Sigma. Just prior to joining hc1.com Steve led efforts to bring to bring a rapidly growing Cloud Services organization into compliance with ISO27001 and SSAE 16 SOC 2 best practices, and to improve their security program.
Away from work Steve can usually be found reading, listening to music, or enjoying a film. He enjoys and collects art, and likes to combine that with travel when he can.
