Brad Bostic

Brad Bostic founded hc1.com to address the critical need for healthcare systems and diagnostic laboratories to deliver an outstanding client experience. Brad has been leading technology enabled services companies with an emphasis on healthcare innovation for the past twenty years.

Under Brad’s leadership, hc1.com has amassed more than 600 clients spanning five countries and received numerous awards including the Red Herring Global 100, Mira Health Technology Innovation and Excellence, and Companies to Watch Spotlight Award. Brad’s deep experience with business, healthcare, software, and cloud technology has been instrumental in establishing hc1.com as the inventor and leader in healthcare relationship management.

Tim Kopp

Tim KoppTim Kopp most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of the ExactTarget Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Kopp was part of the executive leadership team responsible for the dramatic growth that resulted in ExactTarget’s successful IPO in 2012 and acquisition by salesforce.com for $2.7B in 2013. He has been recognized as an Indianapolis Business Journal “40 Under 40” award recipient, finalist for CMO of the Year by the CMO Council, and Ernst & Young’s “Best & Brightest.” After nearly two decades of building world class marketing teams at P&G, Coca-Cola and ExactTarget, Kopp is now focused on advising and investing in next generation SaaS leaders. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds an MBA from the University of Dayton.

John Baker, MBAJohn Baker is EVP & COO of National Wine & Spirits, Inc. (NWS/National). Founded in 1936 and headquartered in Indianapolis, NWS operates as a wine & spirits wholesaler in Indiana and Authorized Distribution Agent (ADA) and wine wholesaler in Michigan. National’s 1,100 employees proudly service 20,000 licensees with 14,000 products represented by 450 suppliers. As EVP/COO of National, John is ultimately responsible for all operations as well as the financial performance of the country’s eighth largest wholesaler. He works closely with the ownership and management team, as well as a variety of external partners to develop and implement business plans that have delivered growth for NWS and its suppliers.  John graduated from the University of Miami (OH) and received his MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management.

John Mills, MD, PhD

John Mills served as Senior Vice President and President of Clinical Support Services for Covance, the largest central lab in the world, where he led a $300 million business with more than 2,000 employees. Prior to holding leadership roleswith several major global lab companies, John was a Specialist in Aviation Medicine with the United Kingdom’s Royal Air Force. John is currently the Chairman and Co-Founder of BioStorage Technologies, a growing leader in the specimen management market serving labs globally. John rceived his Medical degree from the University of Cambridge and Ph.D. in Endocrinology from the University of Surrey.

Mark Shary

Mark SharyMark Shary brings a wealth of experience building high-growth technology companies to hc1.com. Mark founded HubLink, a high growth healthcare technology company, and led two others after beginning his career with Ernst & Young.  Mark led HubLink from inception to more than $50 million in revenue through a combination of organic growth and mergers. Mark has directly managed all core functional business areas for a variety of companies and has built and managed international sales organizations. He has served as CFO of a listed company, bought and sold technology businesses, managed a large R&D team, negotiated multi-million dollar technology deals, and financed several startups.

Mark has led and advised on dozens of corporate finance transactions ranging in size from several million to several billion dollars. These transactions have included private and public equity raises, commercial debt, senior bank debt, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related tax and accounting structures. He has served on the board of two public and three private companies.  He has a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a CPA.
